I was tasked with designing a booklet that analyzes a well-known typeface by Aldo Novarese. The publication includes sections on the typeface’s history, definition, anatomy, proper and improper usage, glyph variations, and more.

Focusing on Fenice, a typeface known for its Old Hollywood aesthetic, I aimed to highlight its sophistication and bold character through a minimalist layout. The design emphasizes the font’s refined elegance while allowing its dramatic flair to shine. As the booklet progresses, it transitions from technical and structural insights to its more recognizable appearances in popular culture, such as its use in Seinfeld.
